I took a photo and it came out rubbish, tried cleaning it up with Adobe Photoshop but it's still not good enough

Can anyone try cleaning it up a bit please [thumbup]

whats the thing sticking out of the water?

edit: no idea what its supposed to be, so dont see what else you could change except of giving it more colour & sharpening it a little
