This cop could not wait until the State Government provides more comfort at bars attached to Booze shops. While being well boozed up on duty at the Neelankarai police station he has made an attempt to give his own version of the law even to a Commissioner of Police and that in fine language too.. Even the most modest and shy guy can speak volumes with plenty of booze in his blood.
