I wonder how a jedi gets his lightsaber, is it a special ritual where they all gather in the sacred Toy'R'Us?

Hahahahah, tries to mind trick the judge! Hahahahahaha, but no really... .. ..

What...a...tool! I can't believe it has gone this far! I respect everyone for their own beliefs but this is just silly. And how can a simple piece of plastic be seen as a weapon!?

What do they have to base their religion on? A movie made in the 80's?

That will do pig, that wil do...
But hell, what do I know...

Ha! I KNEW mind tricks work!
I was at a wedding once, after the reception it was decided that a few of us would go on to a local nightclub, we were totally overdressed for it owing to having been to the wedding.

A guy comes up to me really drunk and says "Are you gay?"
"No"
"Then why are you wearing a suit? Are you gay then you poof?"
"No I've been to a wedding, see my friend over there has too, thats why we're both wearing suits"
"Are you gay then?!"

It was at this point I just said "ok mate see you later" and accompanied this with a dismissive handwaving gesture.

My co-suited and not at all gay friend heard none of this as the music was too loud. All he saw was some aggressive twat talking at me and me eventually waving my hand in front of his face, whereupon he walked away. My mate said it looked like a jedi mind trick...

.... 'you don't need to see my suit. These aren't the poofs you're looking for. You can go about your business...... move along'

ha! Jedis are so old fashioned!
if they would try to take my lightsaber, they would end up with their hands chopped!. the sith are the new order, and jedi are just fading lights in the universe of darkness.

That's pretty good

I had a friend in high school who's father was an RCMP officer and had just come home from his shift. I happened to have a box of doughnuts that my friend and I were sharing, so I looked at his father and said "You do not want these . . . they are not tasty . . . they will not make you feel good . . ."

I ended up handcuffed to the wrought iron bannister

Did he walk away or eat the donuts in front of you?

There's a Mexican-American comic (Gabriel Iglesias) who tells a story about making an illegal left turn out of a Krispy Kreme (donut shop for those of you who don't know) after buying a dozen. Local police see him do it and pull him over.

"Do you know why I pulled you over?"
"Because you could smell them?" *hands cop the box*
"Son of a b----!" *walks away, holding the box and laughing*

Yeah, maybe I've been hanging out with the wrong people, but that sends my mind in a really fun direction.

LOL, I cant help but claim the following...

2 Timothy 4:2-4 (King James Version)

2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.

3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;

4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables

I agree. This is a forum for Kendo, not religion.
Some people need to realize that their personal beliefs are just that... personal.
