He is one guy who made the word "chellam" too popular in Tamil cinema!
 Am gald that a thread hs been opened for one of the finest character artistes in Tamil Cinema  In the movie Aasai - I found one of the "deadliest" villains of Tamil cinema! He is the one and only guy who calls the guys (or sometimes even the heroes) as "de"  PR style-le sollonumna - Chellam, I love you de!

Poi had flashes of brilliance by KB...nowhere near his best but did not deserve to flop so badly.

NOV,
POI has good plot ,but dialogues ,acting are ameturish and childish. Sari..Vidunga .. I think ,as a KB fan I was totally disappointed or failed to catch the pluses.

Kind request to both moderators to stick to the topic Better if we could discuss about his individual performances in different roles. To start with - my all time favourite villain roles of Prakash Raj are - Aasai, Appu and Ghilli. The role in Appu was really outstanding ! |

More than an actor PR is an excellent writer. Anybody reading his weekly article in Aandha Vikatan?!
His performance in Appu is deadly! He has produced and directed movies like 'Guruparvai', 'Dhaya'. His performance in 'Naam' is also terrific! Gem!

IMHO the role of MK which prakashraj played in Iruvar is the best I have seen so far from him. Ofcourse I havenīt seen all of his movies. I liked also the role in Ghilli and Anniyan. I canīt understand why he has to take roles like the one in Pokkiri. He could have avoided it.

He has also produced NAAM directed by Saba Kailash . Naam was also good, but the movie bombed at the BO . |
