Default New to Buddhism
I am from a dysfunctional family and earlier I didn't even believe in god. But I hate violence and want to find internal peace. It’s hard for me but I have started learning about Buddha and his practical values of love and kindness that’s what I really admire.

The greatness of Buddha is that he taught that everyone has the capability to be kind. According to him love, compassion, joy and equanimity are four sublime states of mind.

In my opinion it doesn't matter that from which religion you belong. What’s important is that you should have peace of mind. Yeah Buddhism is good in that because it concentrates on non violence, love and kindness.
