Default Which new "Retro" car do you like best?
Shelby GT500 rated between 450 and 500HP.
Dodge Challenger SRT8 rated at 425HP.
Chevy Camaro rated at 400HP.

I'll go first! Personally, I love the looks of the Challenger. By far I think it stuck closer than the others to the original look that it was modelled after. Plus, it will have a base model V6 for those on a budget, an R/T model with the 5.7l Hemi (a mid-range model) and the SRT8 with the 6.1l Hemi (top of the line model). The only downside I can see to it so far is that the dealers will have a field day with the markups on the SRT8 model, making it largely unattainable for those of us that make less than six figures a year.

The Camaro is also rumored to be in the works for offering a base model V6 as well as the LS2. I can also see markups being a big problem for this much anticipate re-release of the Camaro.

With the GT500 you only have that option... the GT500. We have all read some reviews of this beast. Some were good, some were bad. 'Nuff said.

Your turn!

Yep. Most cars with over 250HP are though. Even some of the V6's nowadays are.

I like the Cobra and the Camaro, but with Carroll Shelby ousted and SVT coming back, the next series of Cobras may or may not be good.

is there any official pics of what the Challenger or Camaro will look like from the factory. from the concept photos i got to go with the Challenger.

i think mopar needs to bring back the 440 and have an option with that engine in it. Factory Big Block FTW.

I think the Camaro and Challenger are still in the concept phase. I really hope the Challenger stays as close to the concept as possible though.
