The Skoda specialists here must know some of the differences btw the Evo 1,2 and 3 ?

Is it improvements to:
Engine
Gearbox
Suspension
Chassis
Or ?

Evo 3, debut in Finland 2002, has Reiger shock absorbers instead of MacPherson in the 1999 edition. And Bosch induction instead of EFI.

Evo 1 to Evo 2 is very different, almost everything changed. New turbocharger, new electronics, new aerodynamics, beter brake and engine cooling, better weight balance...

Evo 2 to 3 is not such different. From what I know Evo 3 is all active (Evo 2 since Corsica 2002, before that it had rear mechanical differential), better suspension and engine...

alleskids: MacPherson is type of suspension not a brand. Rieger is shock absorber manufacturer.

Before Reiger they used Proflex shock absorbers.
