There's been quite a few features recently but I think Scarb's blog and spending time down at the University of Hertfordshire (take note you budding race engineers!) really gets down to the nitty gritty and well worth reading.

Yeah, all they need is someone with a massive sledge hammer to slam the driver's various body parts to make it more realstic when they hit the barriers, while "we are the champions of the world from dirk and MS doing a duet, is played at 120 decibels in their ears inside the helmet
