Default Pay Day!

Nothing surprising, but I still can't believe that FA gets so little dough. Any one know how much he made with Mclaren?

I'm shocked at how little Rubens Barrichello makes

Still, I'd be more curioius to see drivers' total earnings including revenue from sponsorship agreements.

1) Way Overpaid:

Kimi: no way a one-time WDC should make 3x what Fernando Alonso makes; what's more, Massa's results have been comparable to KR's, yet the Brazilian makes 1/6 the dough.

2) Slightly Overpaid:

Hamilton, Jarno and Heike

3) Slightly Underpaid:

Fernando: should be making 25-30 mil, Jenson (roughly 800,000 per win or 65,000 per point)

4) Getting the shaft:

Rubens (it roughly comes to 500,000 per win or 20,000 per point, whereas Kimi gets paid 45,000,000 per win or over a 1,000,000 per point)--I hope his private jet is paid off!

Sutil: in his 4th year and not on retainer?

Ridiculous amount of money what Kimi's making...

I think Toyota is his only option then!

What did the partial-season drivers make? Bourdais? Piquet? Badoer? Kamui?

I'm sure he's getting a pay rise from Ferrari!

Raikkonen is paid more than the 5 guys ahead of him in the WDC put together

one can only image the bonus he got when he became world champion.....

To be fair, apart from Kimi who is overpaid, I think the drivers earn their money, unlike the football players of this world.

although Kimi did drive through fire, so maybe he deserves a bit more!

I seriously question whether Buemi gets $1.5 mil chances are both he and Jaime get less than $0.1 at the moment.
