Why bother beginning the race if you should be only likely to work the first third of the race behind the saftey vehicle? I will understand it being required if the course would simply take 5-10 laps to obtain dry enough for racing, but 19 is simply foolish. Certainly they've some gear for eliminating water from the monitor besides the racecars themselves.
