I have lost my 10th & 12th marks card. I would like to apply for a duplicate marks card. I had gone through the cbse website The form specifies three important things to do for applying for a qualifying certificate. Is a Qualifying certificate same as a Marks statement? If not is it enough if I only fill the first page of the form and submit it to the regional office along with the DD? Are the three things Affidavit, Newspaper ad necessary?
I had tried to contact the regional office but was unable to contact them.
