I actually think that using art/etc in depictions of scientific work might be a way to get some part of the public more interested in the scientific work.

For some reason I don't seem to be around hipsters that often. Maybe I Am just blind.

Very nice; that's where I'd live if I could afford it. Not the best for nightlife, but I doubt that matters to a married man. You're already dead...

That's what I thought. I think I'm limited to those choices (again, depending on relevant commuting parameters) by preferences of better half.
