Nothing wrong with the marquee tag. Now the blink tag on the other hand...

It's at weplayciv.com. Don't know if it's still there, they may be shamed now. I can't view it from home without proxy use.

And yes, there's tons wrong with the marquee tag. Particularly when it spans about 50% of the page, but is centered. Ridiculous.
