"I also hate stupidity in the form of inefficiency. You know, dipsh, you stopped at the stop sign so you can go. There is no reason to watch me stop before you can go!"

Actually, there are some ****ers who don't stop. I also like watching the whole mechanical display of it. Plus, it might be the law or something.

Used to swear a bit under my breath at bad drivers or having missed an open shot while playing basketball. That's about as far as I go with anger.

(I don't mind people who wait for me to stop at a stop sign. I myself will wait until approaching vehicles have slowed down at least enough that I can make it across if they don't slow down any further... and in areas with lots of pedestrians, even more cautious than that given how often I've had to brake in intersections when someone just blindly walked/biked/skated out into the road.)

It also makes me angry when people ask for confirmation to an answer to a simple question.
"Where's the broom?", "Behind the door", "The broom is behind the door?"
Maybe you have an accent?

My parents have done so much for me i'm a little more tolerant. If it has an attachment, I just delete it. If it is forwarded forwarded, I just delete it. The simple messages or cute things I send back a one liner with a give my love to ma so it looks like I pay attention to them. It's a small cost to repay all the sacrifices they made in my name. God bless them.

I get angry when I notice a certain form of ignorance mainly in the public, when some people in actually crowded places seem to think they're alone in the world.

Example: you're on an escalator full of people. Now there are some of them which arrive at the end, stop and start looking around what oh-so-great-things are where they just arrived. Behind them there's chaos and turmoil because of the escalator moving on, but those standing and watching are completely unable just to move two steps further to clear the situation. In such situations I wished I had explosives strapped on my body

I only get angry at myself. I'm a perfectionist. . It's a terrible affliction (although it wouldn't be so bad if I was perfect )

Actually I do get angry at other things. Crimes. But certain crimes make me angrier than others. crimes against me make me angry. And crimes against women and children.

That's an excellent example. Another one is when people get onto a train, and then stop moving once they're just inside the doors.

I hate that so much!

Look lively, sh!tforbrains! There are people other than you who also want to get on the train, and you're in their way.
And inevitably, those are the same people who shouldered their way to the front when the train pulled up, so they could be the first ones to board.

People who use the word "ask" as a noun. Such as "That's a big ask."

Unforgiveable.

Professional footballers. Football managers. TV football pundits. And middle-management ****holes who think using footballer-speak makes them approachable to the serfs.

I never saw that one before and while I never thought much of Oprah before this I think even less of her now. It certainly doesn't look good though I'd have to hear more about the context to see if it was tongue in cheek or not. Just seeing that clip I'd say it wasn't though I could see it being some sort of response to McCain's "The One" ads; an attempt to flip McCain's attack ads against him or something.
Well, that's how "The One" flap got started. There was nothing tongue in cheek about it. Oprah was serious, and said it on a number of occasions, trying to rally support.

Context counts: That clip was from early December, 2007 -- BEFORE THE IOWA CAUCUS, when Hillary was still the clear favorite.

Traffic and other drivers...my primary source of annoyance...it's great when I don't drive for a while - no more stress. Not even work stresses me out.

As someone who doesn't watch Oprah, I can safely say the only time I've ever heard "The One" being mentioned is from the mouths of bitter republicans online. I'm not sure what that says about it.

If somebody was blowing this thing out of proportion, it's the repubs.
Except that that's exactly how the ass-licking press and mindless supporters treat him.

It takes a lot to really make me angry. What makes me angry are angry people

There's one person at my work who really pushes it though, I'm seriously considering never to answer the phone if she calls me (one of my colleagues already does this to her) because even when she's in "good" mood she sounds extremely angry

*Phone rings*
Me: Hello
Her: My *beep* computer doesn't *beep* work and it's all your *beep* fault
Me: What's the problem?
Her: *Giving an angry explanation*, I demand you to fix this *beep* NOW. What stupid idiot is responsible for this?
Me: The one responsible for this problem is Microsoft
Her: The YOU should call the *beep* Microsoft NOW and tell them to fix it NOW!!!
Me: Calm down, it doesn't help to get angry at me. That only makes it less likely that I want to help you
Her: Angry? I'm not *beep* angry. You should hear me when I'm angry

(Why MS created the problem is still unknown) I could fix the problem for her , but decided not to help her at all

I'm surprised that she hasn't been fired (well, everybody in my department is surprised)... it's scary to think about, that her job is to talk to customers all day
