Theben, like you stated in yours, this was the first thought I had, Air Florida in early 1980's....and that was in this time of year, maybe November or December, if I remember......terrible

I do hope no one got hurt, like even a boat that may have been in water in the planes path..you never know

Supposedly it is Canadian geese which did it. I should have known Canadians were responsible.
