I've come across apartments in or not far from DC area that are as low as $600 a month. Besides, if apartments are cheaper outside of the DC area then I could opt to live outside of DC while working in DC. |

I had enough objectivity to look at the controversy of Abe Lincoln and his policy with habeas corpus as my capstone undergraduate paper back in 2003. I included documentation and quotation of letters written by others during that time who blasted Lincoln for his policy decisions, and a couple of those who were actually imprisoned as a result. |

There is only one Lincoln sir, and that is Lincoln. MrFun, you may find that it costs more to be near a subway stop(unless you're in SE, but even then new Condos are going up around the trainstops there) than far away from one. One thing he should consider is the proximity of bus lines and corridors commutable via bicycle. I generally commute full time via bike April through October/November and then part time depending on the weather the rest of the year. DC's weather isn't that heinous. |
