It's a rare video game that can get my interest.

I spend most of my time playing ancient computer strategy games. I wish I knew programming language; I'd like to invent some.

This is an incredible time for great games. I've got 5 Xbox 360 games still waiting to be played in a pile.

I have no consoles.

They should make a game like SC, but on a world map like RTW.

It would be both turn based and RTS at the same time. Then, when fighting to gain a territory, invading armies from the neighboring territory could call for reinforcments, but the defenders could simply make the units right away.

That would be awesome.

Winter is approaching, no more driving, no more terrasses, no more fun. There's always the option to have fun with the ladies.

I thought I was the only one here. I haven't played a game in months and don't really care about any game out now. Maybe my gaming days are truly over.

Wow.

That looks amazing.

I just saw the trailer, Hope that was in game play, not cut scenes. I'm going to try it now.

Thanks

There is a @Quebecois (or @Quebec) channel.

Be sure to log into this channel; the people there will help you, and will invite you to join their corporation. Which will help you to like this games.

Also maybe the @counterglow channel is also active; this summer there was nobody in there.

Edit:
And also;

Even though I didn't like Doom 3 at all, I must say that bioshock is worse than Doom 3, as much as I hate to admit it

The only positive side of this game was the story, but I quit about halfway through, so I never got the end it

Remove BtS from that list and you'd be about right. When they balance spies to require strategy and not just praying to the RNG, it might make the list.

Spec. And you listed Civ3 as one of the good games. So your opinion on the matter has no standing.

EVE sucks too. Who wants to mine astroids and carry packages back and forth for 6 hours a day. If I wanted to be a miner or a courrier I'd do it in the real world and get paid in real money. MMO's

I just got KOTOR2 the other day, that's a good game.

I generally only play rpg's aside from Civ games.

I still have yet to get the civ expansion, so my plate is full right now with games.

I'm currently playing nwn2, and will most likely get that expansion as well. A little buggy, but the story is worth is imho. My system can barely handle it though.

So I have plenty to do. And I need to spend less times playing games and more time looking for a job.

As for world of warcraft: I'm completely spent. I'm so sick of that game. Had fun for a while, but once you hit 70 it becomes too much like work.

because of that I don't even want to look at Eve . Though I seen my brother play it when it first came out, really didn't interest me that much. And I must resist EQ2 as well. But my internet connection still isn't the most stable, but has improved since it cooled down. So I'm trying to avoid mmorpg's. They are a huge time sink.

So my future will be finishing nwn2, getting new civ expansion and new nwn2 expansion.

edit: a post above makes me realize I still want to try Oblivion again. But that will come after I build a new computer next year (trying to get 4 years out of this pos I have now). EQ2 will also come after building a new system if I play that at all.
