I think they're suggesting that FAT is not a horrible thing in reasonable quantities. CHOLESTEROL is still pretty dangerous

Why the **** should we listen to a opinion columnist on this subject? And taub's book is hardly a revelation (he is essentially selling an Atkin's Diet), nor iis there anything in to that seriously "challages" the current orthodoxy.

now, if taub and his allies cna produce a long term well designed Study that shows no connection between the level of fat intake and the kinds of fats being consumed and heart disease, then people without a chip on their shoulder might listen.
