Default For 3 days in a row, I have been randomly approached by Christians [I hate koolaid]
Seem like they've started a flirty fishing campaign ...

As for why they try and convert folks, I refer you to the Bible.

This isn't flirty-fishing, there's no actual sex involved IIUC...

Though we still DO have to remind her, that even if shes not wild about the bagels OR the gefilte fish, we're STILL not going to make her lunch just cause she decided not to eat what there was for kiddush. How can you not be wild about bagels?

The first group may have been different, but the 2nd and 3rd incidents are clearly the same group "visiting" from Seattle here. I'm not even sure which denomination they are.

If they approach me one more time I'm going to report the group to campus security. They're not students or faculty and they have been around campus for a couple days harassing people.

And about sticking noses, if you don't like it, don't start new threads... It doesn't take an expert to know that European men that are obsessed with 1920s/1930s women, a time when women had little rights and were largely objects for men, are incredibly creepy.

Out of curiosity, I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume you're single...

Remember when JohnT got so upset that people wearing religious t-shirts sat next to him at chilis ? Godless prudes

Anyway it seems you've had an unfortunate encounter with some Christians. At least you were not shot by a black person. Then you could start a thread with :

So, in summary -- WTF is with black people? Why do they always want to shoot everyone? Mind your own ****ing business.

Besides, religious people are morons - when they try to convert you, treat them as such. I do.

'I worship elder-world demons' works to shut the conversation down quickly.

Even though I'm not gay, I may consider that if I ever get asked such a question .

And if you´re not gay,
say them that you would only convert to a denomination where a man can have multiple wifes and the wifes have to be absolutely obedient to their husband.

Should work as long as you aren´t approached by mormons
