Ask what the alternatives and consequences are for certain. In general doctors tend to assign a value of zero or less than zero to a foreskin so they will recommend circumcision for the most trivial of 'concerns'.

hehe, ya got me, I hadn't noticed I made a spelling mistake there. I think half the reason is because when I visited the hospital, right next door to the Urology Centre is the Neurology Centre.

Circumcision is a last resort now for the problem he has, it's commonly solved very easily and cheapily otherwise. Too many doctors are too eager to snip.
