Default Chick flicks and chick tv shows
I just looked it up, it seems we can blame Canada for this tv show. It's good to know american tv isn't this bad.

I had to look it up as she was asking where it was supposed to be. The waves weren't big enough to be an ocean, but it was a good sized lake.

the wikipedia entry isn't real specific, but it appears the american version is also filmed in Winnipeg. It's just the american version uses different words for the geography and certain phrases. Guess they figured americans wouldn't give a **** about crappy canadian characters.

It's a problem that never ends. I find the best solution is an extra TV in a different room and eating lots and lots of beans.

actually I have a embarassing admition.

I watched a chick flick with a guy once. Untamed Heart. Though in the movie theater we did leave the seat open between us. Couldn't be seen as gay or anything.

and it only proves canadians are gay.

The guys on this show are hot, but the women aren't all that great looking. Or maybe that only proves I'm gay.

Dis:

1. Yes, you're gay.
2. It's no wonder she likes that show.

Personally, I couldn't stand to be with a women who goes for only the sexy/stud type guys. It's just so superficial and pathetic.

But she obviously likes older men. Which is okay since I like younger women.

But when you date younger women you have to put up with the fact they like shows like this. But older chick shows or young chick shows, they are all the same. An older woman would probably like Melrose Place or something similar- which is almost as bad as this show.

That freaked me out a bit the first time I saw it.

The purpose of chick flicks is to get her in the mood, while you get bored. Then you solve both your problems at once: however, you may have to be romantic, so none of the, "so honey, can I verb your noun tonight while you do that special verbbing on my special noun?"
