Caleb, Holy Cross is part of the OCA (Orthodox Church in America). I know the priest personally and he is a great friend of mine. He is a convert, like myself and understands, very well, the issues that seekers to Orthodoxy have. The Church is fairly small and is a blend of converts and cradle Orthodox. The priest, Fr. Chris is a very warm and sincere person and will take your inquiries seriously. So, if you are looking for a friendly and welcoming parish and priest, than this would be a good place to start. From what I have heard, there are certain churches out there, where one may not get this (at least initially). Currently Fr. Chris' wife is going through surgery so he will probably not be as available as he normally would. Please be patient with this situation if you should visit Holy Cross because I assure you that what I stated is true. You may even get a chance to witness God working through the lives of a humble priest and his family. If you have any other question about the parish or anything else, do not hesitate to ask. May God bless you and your family, Stephen
