Which do you like more and why?

Personally I prefer Japanese food as I find Chinese to be too greasy.

Japanese for sushi, and steak

Chinese (not buffet, I mean real Chinese) For everything else.

I hate fish, but I love the hell out of some sushi /weird

If I want Chinese food, I'd stay at home.

Really depends. I'm not a huge fish guy outside of sushi, but I value my health too much to eat Canadianized Chinese Food frequently, so it's very context sensative. I love soba and tempura.
