Acer AST180 with 3gb of ram, 160 GB HD, 3800+ AMD Athlon 64 processor (2.5ghz)

Slightly upgraded gfx card but I am not sure what it is. Works for my everyday stuff.

Acers blow.

HP a6700z. AMD phenom 2.1 Ghz triple core, 4 gig ram, 320 gig hard drive, GEforce.

I also have a HP DV4T laptop. intel duo core, 3 gig ram, 160 gig hardrive, and GEforce in there too.

I like Acers, I think they're pretty solid. Mine has given me no problems since I bought in August, and it was a great deal. Why don't you like them, have you had one before that was problematic?

acers are actually pretty good, mine is similar to yours daisuke, but its a laptop. Acer Aspire 5920, 4gb ram, 2gb dual core processor, not sure what the rest of the specs are. not had any problems with it.
