put two drops of

lavender on a tissue and stick it in your pillow case.

if that doesn\'t work, i\'ve got a biochem book you

can have a look at. Works for me every time.

Thanks SRH.. I\'ll give

that a shot.

Cheers

Chamomile tea works for

some, or melatonin.

Default Could we...
...call having pheromones

(natural or otherwise) used against us unwittingly - \"Getting Moned At\"

As in - \"Getting Moaned

At\"

No? No takers?

Well I thought it was a great idea

Talk about role reversals! Christ, I\'ve fallen

asleep right after (and I mean RIGHT AFTER) sex while still laying on top of her. (No, sweetheart, I\'m not being

insensitive, I\'m just so comfortable with you and secure in our relationship that you just put me to sleep as if

I was a child lying in your arms. Snore. )

Anyway, a great way

to help fall asleep is to do some light ab work. Try doing some crunches just sitting in bed.

Thanks!

Found some sources for the Aura Cacia. I\'ll check it out!

I

used to use this lavender spray called \"Sottish Fine Linen Mist.\" Alas, I can\'t find it anymore. Absolutely

loved the scent, but the thing was that it didn\'t last terribly long.

I like Aura

Cacia\'s lavender EO. There\'s another brand I\'ve got at the moment, and it\'s very good also. Can\'t

remember the name of it though. If you can, just find a good health food store and sniff around. You\'ll find one

you really like.

Chamomile tea is great

(Sleepytime, too)!

Melatonin can work wonders (it does for me), but it makes some people sick...

If all else fails, try watching \"The Blair Witch

Project\" before going to sleep.

Helpful as ever!

I

had already had sex... I ended up waking her up and talking for a couple of hours.

Still feel tired,

though..
