Hmnn... I think you're certainly more in tune with D.R. strife, Robert, in that you live in Santo Domingo, but 60:1 seems a stretch. Then again, I felt that 50:1 would be a stretch, so what do I know. But, I predict March 10th. Another 20 days of lengthy blackouts should put everyone in a REALLY foul mood.

March 16th is the right date. But 60:1 is the wrong number. Try 65:1+.
