Run combo fix, malwarebytes, and super anti spyware.

Make sure your fragmentation level is below 10%. Sometimes if you're like 70% fragmented running the windows defrag won't do anything. In that case you'd want a 3rd party defragmentation tool which could take up to 24 hours or more to defragment your hard drive. You'd need to run it several times.
