Default Republican presidential hopefuls pledge to outlaw abortion.
To outlaw abortion would mean triple the count of illegals and black.....and quituple the ammount of "aid" that they will get from us and only God knows how much more crime. There will never be a recovery of any kind and we will have a civil war......which I believe will happen anyway.

Republican presidential hopefuls pledge to outlaw abortion.

Four Republican presidential hopefuls have promised to outlaw abortion across the US, as they battle for the powerful backing of Iowa's influential evangelical Christian movement.

Newt Gingrich leads polls nationally and in three of four states voting in January

Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, Michele Bachmann and Rick Santorum told 1,500 activists on Wednesday night that despite America's dire economy, the "pro-life war" would be their priority.

"We're engaged in a cultural struggle with a secular elite, who believe life is random and has no meaning," said Mr Gingrich, who leads polls nationally and in three of four states voting in January.

He promised to sign a series of abortion crackdowns two hours after his inauguration, and have Congress pass a bill stating that "personhood" begins with conception, meaning abortion is murder.

Mr Gingrich looks best placed to beat Mitt Romney to the Republican nomination, who is despised for being moderate on abortion as Massachusetts governor. But the former Speaker's infidelity and two divorces have split the Iowa movement, whose leaders have been meeting in secret to thrash out their endorsement.

Their 2008 candidate, Mike Huckabee, won the Iowa caucus. Mr Huckabee said the movement was going to have to accept a flawed choice. "All of us are imperfect," he said. "If we're looking for that, we're never going to find him".
