I think you have enough evidence.

Elko brings up a good point simply because 3 weeks before I was supposed to be married i walked in on my fiance having sex with one of my friends. You don't want to go through what I did. I ended up going to prison for meting out some severe physical punishment on the dude.

That was over 20 years ago and I'm still paying the price of my actions every day I wake up.

You have your proof. See a Lawyer, start hiding money, and then divorce her. drop a bomb on her and leave her
