LOL nice analogy!!!! Thanks, it helps to have something to look forward to. I have found that my journaling has helped a lot and I sleep a little more sound, and have less of those nightmares.

Thanks, Im still not sure of counceling, I had to go before (rough chilhood) and I dont think it helped. I guess its worth a shot.
Was the divorce rough? It totally sucks he did what he did. Sounds like she had nothing to offer him (except a man hole) kinda like me. He had nothing to offer her, he is nasty, poor, ugly and small (in every sense).
I do believe in kharma, though. they will get whats due to them....
The pastor of the church I got married in may be able to help. The church is right next door to my house....

How do you get the dreams to stop???? I dream of this all night just to wake up in the middle of it, When I was taking the pills for my hand I only remember peices of it, but i wake up in a REALLY BAD MOOD, so I had to quit them.

The dreams will stop--it just takes time. You can endure it...trust us.

One night I woke up to the ghost of my H sitting on the edge of my bed. I swear it was his ghost and that I was fully awake. I could see right through him (nice analogy huh?). He had his head down like he did when he admitted everything.

It was so real---for a moment I thought that I would hear he had died in the night.

The dreams will stop just give it time, skirtchaser is right--see a counselor it really helps. This is hard but it doesn't have to be this hard.
