Many users haven't quite got the hang of formatting posts in this forum. Linking and quoting, for example. Especially quoting in longer posts, it's much easier to read if the quotes stand out and include attribution so we can follow who said what. Depending on what browser you're using and the preferences you've set in your User CP (control panel) you should see button on the reply form that help you do these many nifty things. I also highly recommend Firefox as it works best with these and many other interactive stuff you might encounter on your web journeys.
