Default Home Gym??? Bow Flex Revolution???
Ok anyone here into bodybuilding? Since I sold all my equipment, big mistake and I have stopped my martial arts training I need to get into something. I was looking into a bowflex revolution? Anyone use supplements? I really want to start some training again, actually I need to

I would look into getting a membership at a local 24hr club like Snap or Anytime Fitness, that way you can go whenever you want and the prices are usually very reasonable. I personally hate bowflex machines! Trying to train at home is a PITA because you will never have enough equipment to set up a full routine. As for supplements I would just say start with a solid multi vitamin, some fish oil, and even some whey protein if you want.

I prefer home training as I would never go to a Snap. I loved training at 11pm it was very hard to train at 5am. Time is an issue so home is best for ME. Plus with my boys in sports we can train at home, most gyms are strict about kids under 16 using the facilities, even with adult supervision.

I know at lot of nutrition stuff from a while ago. I'm looking for info on the new pro stack supplements products out there. 2500 calories a day is not possible anymore, and carrying that takes time & $$$$. Not trying to bulk up again but I do need to add muscle mass and cut down.

I'm still looking into equipment possibilities. Gonna ask around and might go to some stores to try the stuff
Thanks for the input

I truly regret selling all my equipment

Get a Bowflex, they are nice.

We have the first one they came out with lol...and i still love using it. It...along with nutrition...has helped me get from 260lbs down to 212lbs this past year. Toned up as well.

I still use it every other day, and run on the treadmill everyday...trying to get under 200 this year.

I purchased that P90X workout (you may have seen the infomercial). It's pretty cool and it works very well.

Doesn't he live in Pewaukee???

I wish I had the connections, time, money to get that way again. I loved it, but I was also a lot younger. I had a buddy Don that set me in the right direction, not sure if he ever went pro or not, lost touch with him....
