We run a few loyalty and rewards e-commerce schemes for some customers and one of a clients account managers has just emailed me saying that a tom tom GPS navigation system her customer has redeemed through the scheme has not turned up.

I responded saying that in a cruel irony it appears to have got lost.

The reply I will refrain from reproducing.
