Casey Anthony Not Guilty

Of first degree murder. Not that I care all that much, but lots of people seem to be very upset; which says one thing to me - media assassination + group-think mentality is a powerful thing indeed.

Woah. I'm out of the loop. What is the deal?

thighikergove 05-08-2011 03:45 AM

Not really followed this, but as far as I know there was strong circumstantial evidence that she was guilty, but nothing really solid. So the jury had no choice but to find her innocent regardless of what they think.

This happened in my own backyard. She's as guilty as they come.

None of the evidence I have read/heard is very strong. 11 hours to come to the verdict means no one even put up a fight in that juror room. This is major fail on the prosecutors if she did do it.

Is anyone as uncomfortable as me at having someone's trial paraded on TV like it was an episode of Perry Mason or something, and then having arm chair jurors declaring "She's guilty"...."She's innocent!"? I hope this phenomenon never crosses the Atlantic.

It will, Simon Cowell will make sure of it.

The problem is that to even be a juror in this case, you'd have to be mentally challenged to begin with. The case was paraded on the news three years ago way before it even went to trial, so to have not had "exposure" to the case in order to be on the jury is nearly impossible. She's guiltier than OJ.

This song pretty much covers it. Keep in mind nearly all of those photos were in that video were taken when Kalee was missing. She seems entirely concerned.

This is disappointing to say the least, I'm sure the prosecution will not rest and perhaps solid evidence to convict will present itself in the next few weeks/months/years. Whatever really happened, the truth will come out, eventually.

lookanddiscover 05-08-2011 06:41 AM

The autopsy couldn't determined how she died. If you can't tell how she died it makes connecting the death with murder extremely difficult.

OJ was completely guilty, it was more a matter of the prosecutor and the police fumbling the case. Im glad he finally got the jail time he eluded for so long.

hahaha yea right if that makes you feel good about your self, still not guilty of murder to this very day. and also this was nothing but a black and white thing from the get go so i can see why you are so glad he is in jail but bottom line still not murder. and that is the way a lynch mob would think. congrats[thumbup]
