I know some sites that dont hold money, but if you check your account quite a few do. If you look at your online bank account, it'll show you the full amount in your account but the availability will be lower - these are the funds held until the item is in stock and it will be removed from your account completely when the item is shipped.

Contact them back, ask to speak to a supervisor and complain!
Important thing is to make sure you're not tied into a contract you don't want, then they can arrange to collect the 'phone, if it arrives, at THEIR expense! Unless you decide that you'll take the deal - but will still be worth calling as you may be able to get a better deal because of their error! What is happening about the original order? |

I probably shouldn't say this until the phone is in my hands... but I just got off the phone to O2 who are reimbursing me the Saturday delivery charge, and they say it should be with me tomorrow. Woohoo. It might be worth it to try to seek some compensation for the trouble they put you through, outside of the Saturday delivery. |
