Someone made an offer on my buy it now of some ddr3. and I accepted and he paid etc...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=280402968080 This guy.. http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayIS...ab=AllFeedback Now he has sent me a message requesting a refund before I have sent it, as he says he has realised that his board only takes DDR2. Now I don't mind this if I can get all the fee's back, but I also noticed he bought an i7 940 a few weeks back, so he is probably lieing. Not really bothered about him not buying it, just wondered how I can refund him and get my fee's back, or is it something he has to do from his end? |

As long as both you and the buyer mutually agree to cancel the transaction, you will get your FVF refunded. Insertion fees won't be refunded, however you can re-list the item and if it sells the second time you will get a credit for the insertion fees. |
