Well looking at that is a sebatious cyst, now that fatty deposit your seeing is a build up of proteins called keratin this is what makes your hair greasy, now if a blockage should accour and is not dealt with it will build up and become a material/ substance called Sebum.
I speak from experience i have had to remove one before. Now guys if you did watch that pay attention to what im going to say, this is what will happen if that little hard lump under your skin on either the crease of your arse all ballbag gets bigger! If you get any lumps appear then you should pay close attention to them if you dont want to look like the good who was getting cut with no gloves, prep sanitation of the skin or plan to remove the contents in the least trumatic manner possible! And booze dont help your only bleed more. |

I had pilonidal cyst a few years back.
****ing awful. The lump was just above my arse crack, and it had little sinus holes all the way down to my exit hole. My missus kept having to pull hairs and all sorts out of the sinus holes. After 2 visits to the doctor about the pain I had at the base of my back and getting subscribed some pills, I ended doing some home research and figured it was possibly a pilonidal cyst, went back to the doctors after the lump got bigger and he insisted it wasnt. I ended up really ill from it in the end, and the thing exploded while I went to sit down on the loo. Ended up seeing an emergency call out doctor because my legs stopped working and they finally confirmed it was a pilonidal cyst which 2 months later (yay for british NHS) they cut the ******* thing out. I was told it was quite severe and that they had to cut right back past my spine as the thing had wrapped round it. I had a channel cut between my butt cheeks which was about 1-2cm wide, then packed and stitched and had to go to the doctors every day for 2 months while it healed. The ******* thing then got infected, because the area is quite hard to keep clean and dry. In whole after they cut it out, it took nearly 4 months to heal fully. Nasty **** that was. [surrender] |
