lol, mate I'm suffering from EXACTLY the same thing. Not necessarily the smoking or drinking as I've never taken it up and I'd be stuffed if I'm gonna quit drinking my coke from time to time.

I've basically already finished school and atm just doing random classes as I'm unsure what i want to do. So I figured I'd get my resume, put my modules on it as my skills and apply for a few jobs online. If I get the job I do it for about a week and if I don't like it I quit and search for another and in the mean time do more classes and studies just to pre-occupy myself.

If I where you I'd probably do the same, just apply for jobs online and see how you go.

I've been asking that question for 30 years .. heh, don't worry if you don't figure it out time flies by and eventually your 80. I know that's not advice you'd like to hear but ah hell.. life is what happens while your busy making other plans.

Repeat the next depressed day..[thumbup]

You can either end it now, or wait until something kills you.

join the peace corps and get to better perfect what ever dismal 2nd language skills you learned in college, get to travel and help people for 2 years. You won't get paid ****, and might live in despicable conditions... But you will live, and be too busy helping people to worry about your own petty things that will depress you. IIRC you can defer your college payments during your service. WTF not i say. This will be your only chance to do something like this (likely) and with the job market as bad as it is and people with real experience in whatever degree you are about to get working at walmart because they can't do any better right now you really have nothing to lose. Also, a Peace Corps reference on a job application 2 years from now will do wonders in getting you a good, and possibly very cool job.

Nacho, I was asking myself the same thing. So, I've started working out twice a day Monday through Friday. I'm 34 yrs old and turn 35 the end of January which means I have until January to join the Air Force Reserves. We'll see how that works out when that time comes, but right now I'm focused on losing weight and being physically fit enough to graduate BMT.
I decided it would be something I could be proud of for myself and something my family also would be proud of.

I must admit that I'm starting to feel the effects of working out this hard. My right shoulder is starting to have some problems, and I've had problems with my right knee forever and now it's being aggravated more. It's ok though, because I'm feeling great!

If you have a mountain bike, come riding with me on Saturdays. I usually go to LB Houston bike trails in Las Colinas or Dallas or whatever town that is there. It's good cardio, fun and low impact... unless you wreck. This is the trail I almost broke a rib on last year.

yup.

I get on quite well with the USAF personnel,I am the classic cockney Brit to them and I fascinate some of them with my wit and toilet humor lol.

but some of the perks these guys get and the allowances they get make me green with envy and make me wish I was in the USAF sometimes

pretty much every US facility I have been to have been spot on, the foods always great and plentiful, the BX's and PX's are awesome the gym facilities and recreational facilities are phenomenal the list goes on.... hell the fookers have burger kings and pizza huts on the bases ffs...[thumbup]

and.......who would have thought you could buy a 42"1080p TV for your tent in the middle of a war zone or get your self a Harley shipped out to the middle of the desert so you can ride it round the camp then shipped back home when you finish your tour [rofl]

but on the serious side you have to take the rough with the smooth and you have to accept that theres a possibility you could get Killed.
