Hey guys.
Recently I have sold an Acer base unit on eBay and seemingly it went fine. However one month after the sale the buyer emails me and says the item is not working correctly and has not tested it before now as he has been abroad (could be legit could be a big story ). After suggesting a few things to get the machine stable he emails back and says he wants to return it. The machine was perfect when I sent it out, fairly new Acer base unit and it was faultless. My listing was listed with No Returns set clearly in the returns policy. I do not want the machine back here because I have a good chance of having a machine that is either fully working or has some virus etc etc on it that is no fault of mine and being severely out of pocket. Am I ok to just reply to him and state that and expect ebay/paypal to back me up or am I likely to run into issues? |
