Try making some simple stuff perhaps that you can make in large batches?

Make a big thing of pasta salad that can be refrigerated?
Try making a taco salad and keep the ingredients in different containers (lettutce, corn, taco chips, seasoned browned taco beef, ranch dressing, tomato, etc), then mix when you are ready to eat.
Spice up your sandwich with different types of bread
Make large batches of spaghetti and heat it up
Look at what your co-workers are eating for lunch and copy them
Try eating a lunch of all healthy snack foods, cliff bar, yogurt, trail mix, dried fruit, etc.

My thoughts exactly, so when I went to florida I tried everything and in 2 weeks put on 2 stone, so much food for so little, I couldn't believe it, I even had to buy clothes as my trousers wouldn't do up after the first week, dangerous place america for foreigners.

Most of them are older women... who are bigger than I am...

Did the taco salad thing last night. It was pretty good. Might be worth taking to work. No way I'd just munch snack foods tho. Doesn't work for me. Pasta salad and a lunchmeat sandwich would work. Problem is that I'm sick of all the lunchmeat at the wal-mart deli. The only place to buy meat is wal-mart.. or... pick n save....

Maybe I'll have to drag myself a couple hours to the meat store near where my parents live. Stock up on steak. Yummy. I could do steak for a week straight for dinner. Filet and a potato. The last time I was up there they had strip for like $5/lb. That's around the same price as wal-mart beef.

Haha. Sounds like my workplace too. And they all eat Healthy Choice or Lean Cuisine Microwave Meals. It is really disturbing. Obviously those meals don't work and they just look/smell gross. In fact, all of my co-workers are over weight (except for the other 20-something intern).

So true.

Moderation is the key with an emphasis towards healthier food. A Big Mac won't kill anyone with that in mind, nor do any harm.

Had a triple whopper yesterday at burger king and I felt awesome about it. Such a great taste, makes me wanna get one now in the morning.. However I barely go to fast food restaurants.. For me it's more like a treat than a fast option as I really love BK heh.. Once a month isn't gonna kill everyone, once a week neither, but couple of times a week is just super unhealthy. I cook for myself 3 times a day and it's not that much of a deal. You can make your own salat very cheaply... If I think about BK or McD I don't think about healthy food, but fatty food so it's not really all that strong for them to focus on that.

Follow this, just eat it the tasty fast food seldomly as a treat then cook real food as the healthy one, oh yeah..[yes]

Good thing they don't have that many here.

I noticed when my favourite kebab place shut down I ate a lot less of them.
