Ordered from Newegg Wednesday morning (8 AM). Package gets shipped from Memhis to Atlanta, a 6 hour drive. Gets here YESTERDAY MORNING and somehow it's NOT ON A TRUCK today. Are you serious?!?

Default UPS at it's finest
You need to move the "please start at the bottom" recommendation to the top, lol.

And yeah, UPS sucks.

My FedEx hell so far. It's been 3 weeks since the package was shipped 3 delivery "attempts" (I was home, they never came) and I still don't have it.

I've contacted FedEx a couple times and they said they're running behind because of weather.

Since that package has shipped I have since ordered and received 2 other items via UPS. The latest was delivered yesterday after having been ordered less then a week ago.

[thumbdown]

Oh, also, there's a FedEx location less then 20 minutes from my house, yet it went to one over an hour away. Not only is it far away, there's also a toll bridge. So if I wanted to pick it up I'd have to drive 2+ hours round trip and pay a toll...*sigh*

And in my case, the UPS man tramped 1km on foot from a local strip mall through 1ft of snow on the 24th of December to make sure I got my package before Xmas!

Thank you UPS man!

pfft. All of you got nothing on me.

1Z 608 98X 68 5743 251 6

http://www.ups.com

Track it, click the "View package progress button" and then tell me you had it worse than I did...

I swear the driver was dumb as dirt. The address was written on it PERFECTLY yet according to him my building didn't even exist.

That guy must have a hard time finding his own **** in the dark to take a piss at night.

NOT TO MENTION the package was labeled as a *gift* valued "$30" but for some reason they still sent it through customs to get examined and charge me customs fees for examining it to make sure it was really worth $30? What the **** is that?! Assholes. I had a $37 COD because of that. More than the bloody value of the item!! [cursing]

I'll bite. Here's my tracking number: 1Z 019 RY5 03 9076 395 5

So far it's been over three weeks since it was sent from AZ to WA. We've had some bad weather but, three weeks. I called UPS four times yesterday and they said the local distro center would contact me within one hour. I still haven't heard from them once and it's been over 24 hours. After the first few calls I told them to just hold it and I'll pick it up tomorrow (today). Went there at lunch and where is it? On the truck out for delivery.

Travis,
I feel for you on that one. I've had no problems with FedEx but, FedEx Home has problems delivering from Dupont. Why they deliver from that far away is beyond me. I also ordered some things after Christmas and USPS was able to get it delivered in 3 days from CA.

Such shoddy business [no]

Seriously... I totally agree. Getting backed up three weeks when all of the major roads have been fine is stupid.
UPS delivered my laptop on Dec 18th, which as I'm sure you remember was WAY worse conditions then now.

BREMERTON,
WA, US 01/05/2009 9:02 P.M. THE PACKAGE WAS MISSED AT THE DESTINATION LOCATION / PACKAGE WILL BE DELIVERED NEXT BUSINESS DAY-NO SATURDAY GUARANTEE

BREMERTON,
WA, US 12/31/2008 12:53 P.M. THE PACKAGE WAS LEFT IN A UPS FACILITY / FORWARDED TO THE FACILITY IN THE DESTINATION CITY

^^^ That's BS ^^^

You realize of course, that unlike UPS, Fedex uses 3 separate facilities for it's deliveries? It's stupid, I know, but there's one for Express packages, one for Ground, and one for Home Delivery.

The package finally showed up today. 22 days total. I'll avoid UPS whenever possible now.

Nope, didn't realize that. I must normally do Express or something because this is the first time I've ever had a FedEx package come from that facility. Stupid...
