My Dads just phoned me saying he's got an email from North West Airlines saying thank you for registering blah blah blah, attached is your invoice for $XXX, some Baxxards just taken $xxx out of my bank, I told him not to open it but he said "to late" and his firewall has just switched off.

The Trojan is Trojan-Spy.Zbot.YETH which I see there are quite a few different emails and sites containing it but his antivirus "AVG" didn't pick it up, other sites have said spyware programs may remove it but I got him to run Super anti spyware and it didn't find anything apart from a couple of cookies.

Anyone got any experience with this and is there any specific removal process or program.
