I have to admit BurgerKing is definitely different when it comes to its promos... like burger scented cologne....

I haven't eaten at Burger King in quite a while. About the only burger chain I really like lately is Five Guys. Their burgers are probably worse nutritionally than BK, but they're just sooo tasty it isn't funny. If Five Guys did something like this, I'd probably be all over it.

The best (of the bigger franchises) will always be Wendy's! Gawd I love their Burgers!

I would have agreed with you a few years back but since Dave Thomas died (RIP) it has gone downhill

Burger king is awesome. I like to order their chicken sandwiches plain, and then put hotsauce on them. I've got some amazing sauce from buffalo wild wings. So yummy. I could probably put it on burgers too.

I love Five Guys too, but I wouldn't really classify them and Burger King in the same class of restaurant. Five Guys isn't exactly cheap or "fast food" and as much I hold them to a higher standard.

For fast food burgers, nothing beats a thickburger from Hardee's (or Carl's Jr. for you west coast folks).

You guys have so many options for a good burger. Save for sit-down restaurants and pubs, we only have the standard fast food joints (McD's, BK, Wendy's, DQ).

Yeah, they are pretty ubiquitous round these parts. According to the Wall St. Journal, the best burgers in America are here in Atlanta (Ann's Snack Bar and Vortex). I concur with the opinion of WSJ, as Ann's is heart attack goodness with her "Ghetto Burger" and Vortex is awesome (the Vortex girls do a Burlesque show at the back of the bar[thumbup]).

Oh I agree, Five Guys is in a whole different league compared to BK. I was just saying that as far as burger chains go, that's one of the only ones I enjoy lately. It is kinda pricey, though. You can easily spend $10+ on a burger, fries, and a drink. BK has them beat there, that's for sure.

Honestly I'd rather pay a few bucks more for a really good burger. Now I like a whopper as much as the next guy, but if their burgers are anything like the pub burgers we have here... [thumbup]

I'd rather spend the extra money too, but I don't go often. I wouldn't say that they make the best burgers I've ever had, but they're the best I've had from a chain around here.

Looked at some pic's online and they look like an instant heart attack, just how I like 'em.[thumbup] I really must go on a burger trip to the states sometime.

Now I am hungry.

Fuddruckers is also awesome! I love their burgers but they are way too expensive. I was at the Fuddruckers near Grapevine Mall in Dallas, and their interior was nice too, I liked the atmosphere.
