The rules said that at 48 hours before the draft we would be disbanded without the full 12 people! We got lucky I guess as it appears they do it manually. I came in today expecting to have to re-form the league for a draft next Sunday. I need to to get ready! I've been so bogged down with work I have had much time to read up on everyone. [shocked]

Remember that the draft is 1:45 EST so make sure you have your time zones sorted out!

Also guys, the draft order has been set and you can see it by entering the draft room. JSDonald is selecting first the bastage! I suppose thats fair as he is I think the only person who won't be able to be at the draft. Its a good idea to check this out ahead of time because if you are drafting third to last for example (like I am) you can forget about drafting a guy like LT.

Don't worry about me. I've got the #1 Defense/Special Teams and Receiving core.

I've also always thought Eli would be a great QB if he'd just get some confidence. Beating an undefeated NE in the Superbowl might just do it.

I think my receivers are the best!.... if this was 2004.

Anyways, after having a scan through the teams it seems they are very even this year. Also, the few guys who couldn't make it seemed to get just as good of a team as those of us that were at the draft. I panicked a couple times on my picks because the guy before me would take the person I was after.

Should be a fun season!

i'm fairly happy with my team too. I've got the #1 or 2 QB, and the #1 tight end. I don't have a proven superstar at runningback, (hopefully D. McFadden will take care of that though) and I have 5 starting RBs that easily could break the top 10. I'm not as happy w/ my recieving core, but Calvin Johnson should go off this year. Also, I'm glad to pick up the Titans defense late in the draft. imo, they will be one of the best defenses this year.

I think I have 6 in week 4... I've got a good back up QB, but I'm losing my top 2 receivers. Hopefully, Brandon Marshall won't be on suspension that week. I need a good RB though...

Anyone want to trade me a starting RB for a back up TE?

1 more game left that will decide how I do. I'm down by 8 points but I have 4Q of Justin Fargas. Had I started Ryan Grant instead I would have certainly won by 1 point but now I have to bank on 90 rushing yards or some combination of rushing and touchdowns from this guy.

Update - The Ravens Texans game just got canceled per Hurricane Ike damages. If you have any Ravens or Texans on your team you should take them out because they won't be playing. For me that means 2 of my 4 WR's are out this week. [no]
