Has anyone else seen this movie? I can't believe I paid money to see this piece of crap film. It was only marginally funny and the incessant swearing and obsession with penis jokes was just an annoyance. Also -1 to the film for calling people fags. [thumbdown]
How in the world does this film get a good review on Rotten Tomatoes? |

A lot of the "Zero budget" films are coming out and as long as you can make a wacky, useless and nonsensical plotline, you'll find millions of upcoming theatre-goers that are interested in the movie.
I can't stand zero budget movies. I want explosions, special effects... the whole kit and kaboodle. The most money they spend creating Superbad was probably paying for the caterer for the 1 month it took them to produce the film. |

I like any type of comedy, and enjoyed this one aswell.
its all crude joke, but who wasn't like them during their high school year? Superbad,40 Year Old Virgin and Knocked Up is like Judd Apatow trilogy of them Superbad is my favourite (although IMO its albeit long) but thats because I've never had life experience from the other 2 movie |

Great film.
All jokes are delivered perfectly. It's essentially a high school movie for adults, classic Judd Apatow fillling with friendship, human emotions and sincere characters. The empathy shown between certain characters really makes the movie stand out. Also Roger Ebert > Lord P. Stop being such a lord and realise that it's a great film. |
