Take hard mints, boiled sweets or everlasting gobstoppers to work everyday and offer him one when he starts. It may only stop him for a short time but if you keep it up for long enough at least his teeth will go rotten/fall out. [thumbup]

That reminds me of an experiment in one episode of "The Office" (the US version)
