Default Office (any word document)(fonts)
So I am wondering, if you made a new document. It doesn't matter whether I made the document in Word or Office Writer. If you used say a font that doesn't exist on a different computer. Does the font automatically default to a different one and then the document retains readability? Or would it turn out to be total garbage?

Yes I'm pretty sure it will just default to another one.

You can embed the fonts in the document, that way all the fonts "follow" the document.

a font is just a wrapper, it would just default to a different one.

When typing up documents intended for a large audience its best to try an make it as pleasing as possible with arial or something. When printing use whatever tasteful fanciness you can
