Wouldn't it be safer to disable the air bags? In that accident, all I could see them doing is punching him in the face for being stupid. lol

Raised with aftermarket tires, yes.

Jeep commercial, no way. Those are just some guys screwing off, and taking the vehicle beyond its limit. Title of thread fits perfectly.

Ahhh, yes... Let's take a Jeep that has an artificially raised center of gravity, bring it to the steepest climb we can find, and floor it! This couldn't possibly result in a bad torque around the center of mass!

Look at the slope. It doesn't look as though the front tires could even get up on the ledge without the undercarriage hitting the rocks. Unless, of course, they were to do a wheelie with the Jeep over the top (and we now know what happens when you try that).
