Well if Chuck is moving at the speed of sound relative to a stationary observer, then technically he is running at the speed of sound + whatever speed the conveyor belt is moving in the opposite direction and he will simply run off the front of the convey belt and into the distance.

chuck norris' running is powering the conveyor belt, as chuck speeds up so does the conveyor belt. much like with hampsters, eventually he will get tired but the belt will continue to revolve with chuck. the belt and chuck will then break free from the assembly and begin to rotate with such speed that it opens up a portal through time and space, much like stargate. dinosaurs will then come through the portal seeking human flesh. but chucks younger brother larry norris whos been in hiding while learning an ancient form of kung foo will come forth to battle the dinos. larry begins a torrent of rage that decimates the dinos, leaving nothing but the worlds largest lake of oil where once ontario canada used to be. chuck will invoke the powers of his spirit guide, who was loned to him by steven segul, to seal the portal and canadas fate for all time.

I think the shockwave/boom that is created when Chuck Norris runs faster than sound is obviously in 'his own image' and forms a creation of a sonic roundhouse kick which kicks the belt off the runners...
