pretty safe. Nothing is 100%, but wpa takes a couple of hours to crack and you have to trick the machine you want to hack into constantly sending packets I think. Granted I'm no hacker myself so this is all hearsay. I wouldn't sweat it though.

People always think computers are really insecure, when in fact even simple security methods such as wpa are more secure than going into a shop. While computer security is always a concern, and even the most advanced protection can be bypassed most "hacking" is conducted with social engineering not true hacking as such.

Mothers maiden name as a security question? pfffft.

Bank details in the post?

Rubbish, containing statements, card details etc...

It's outside everyones house, protected with a bin liner, and that's not Osama's cousin.

You don't really need to worry about wifi encryption since payment details are encrypted anyway.

Don't forget that in the old days, before encrypted payment, people could easily intercept your details when paying for things over the net.

It's things like keyloggers that you really need to be weary of.
